My name is Conrad Van Staden
I grew up obese and ,after trying many times to lose weight ,believed I could never do it.
But on the smallest programme I lost 22.5 kilogrammes ,85 centimetres and 4 pants sizes.
The great thing is my indigestion and heartburn went away aswell and my energy has gone through the roof.
